what is the difference between Entryid and message-id of mail?

In Outlook,I have Entryid and Messageid (from
PR_TRANSPORT_MESSAGE_HEADERS).
How can we differentiate mails by either entryid or messageid?
Which one is unique in the world for every mail?

Both are unique, but there is no relationship (in general) between the two.
